Use a rope that gives you enough feedback to feel where it is moving. A slightly heavier PVC or beaded rope can be easier for beginners than an extremely light speed rope.
Around 10–30 minutes is enough. Short, focused sessions are usually more useful than practicing for a long time with poor technique.
Repeat the lesson, slow the movement down and focus on one detail at a time. You do not need to complete every movement on the first attempt.
Yes. The program starts with the basic bounce, rhythm, timing and rope control before introducing freestyle movements.
