Withdrawal Policy

The products currently offered on this website consist exclusively of digital content and digital courses.

Customers Residing in Switzerland

Under Swiss law, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal or return for online purchases. MYRON therefore does not offer a voluntary right of withdrawal or return for digital products.

After successful payment, access to the digital course is provided immediately or sent by email. Once access to the digital content has been provided, there is generally no entitlement to a refund due to a change of mind or non-use of the course.

Customers from the European Union

Consumers within the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right of withdrawal may expire early once the provision of the digital content has begun, provided that the consumer has previously expressly consented to the performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that, as a result, they lose their right of withdrawal.

Before the course is made available immediately, the corresponding express consent will therefore be obtained.

Defective Provision and Statutory Rights

This policy does not restrict any mandatory statutory rights of the customer. If the digital content cannot be provided due to a technical error on our part, or if another statutory claim exists, please contact us using the email address provided in the contact information.

No Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee

MYRON currently does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee or refund for digital courses that have already been provided, to the extent permitted by law.
